Mr & Mrs

“The best thing to hold onto in life is each other.” - Audrey Hepburn

Corey and I met at the end of 2010 playing a game of Spades. We were partners in the game and the rest is history! It was an immediate feeling of love I had never experienced. We took our first real date on Valentine's Day 2011 and by spring he was ready to pop the question! I was overly happy to become his wife and spend the rest of my life loving him. We take pinky promises to the extreme, we cuddle A LOT, we love rides in the evening, eating is something we do best, and we love each other even better.

Corey was born in Zachary, Louisiana and moved to Tennessee when he was 12 years old. {Thank God fate brought him here} He has 3 younger siblings; Candace, Chase, and Codye. He is the uncle to 4 handsome boys and a daddy to 2 boys. Interesting fact: They all have 'C' names. Corey has a passion for cooking and he is beyond talented at it. I am glad to be living off of his cooking!

I was born in Cleveland, TN. It is 30 miles north of Chattanooga. It is full of wonderful mountains! I moved to Memphis in 2003 due to my dad's job transferring and my mom was battling breast cancer. In 2005, my momma passed away. I feel in some way I carry my mother's spirit on. I finally came back home and that is where I plan to keep my feet planted. I have a brother, Michael. He is an amazing brother, husband, and father to my nephew. Nicholas is my 2 year old nephew that I love to pieces. My family is the most important thing to me.

"You be the sun,
I'll be the moon -
- just let your light
come shining through;
and when night comes,
just like the moon,
I'll shine the night
light back to you."
